- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪NOT SAFE. You don't willingly send your kid back with strangers, so we didn't. My husband went back with him much to their disapproval. No safety consideration from staff. Doctor was a jerk, nurses were uneducated rips. Only used them because we were referred and there was no other option with our kids condition. They pride themselves on being kid friendly but are so far from that it's ridiculous. Wish there was a better option. GO ELSEWHERE IF POSSIBLE. Manager ended up coming down and was no help. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They were very kind and helpful, encouraged our kids to come back to the exam room independently instead of with a parent after they turned 3, and explained all necessary work before beginning anything. They, like most other dental offices, required payment up front and were able to accept our insurance (Delta Dental) with no issues whatsoever.
