- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My husband and friends were staying in Custer this past week for the Sturgis rally. I had an eye issue and was referred to a local optometrist who saw me after hours. It was determined I needed to see an opthamologist. He got in touch with Dr. Slingsby. I was able to see Dr. Slingsby the next morning. Surgery was done for a torn retina within a few hours and we were on our way. I have never been treated so promptly by any Dr. Being on vacation and not familiar with the area was a bit overwhelming.
