- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was having arch pain in both of my feet, and got in to see Dr. Ryder within a week of making the appt. I felt she was very kind and understanding. She knew immediately what the problem was. She showed me stretching exercises to do to help the condition. On a second visit when that wasn't quite enough pain relief (due to my own lack of doing the exercises daily), I received a pneumatic night splint. After a few days of wearing that while I worked at my desk, my pain was GONE. I now additionally take ballet classes, which helps with stretching the calf muscles as they contribute also to plantar fasciitis. I am pain free today.
