  Has really gone downhill! I've gone to Dr. Anderson for over 10 years and this year I've experienced the following: they have called and canceled my husband's appointments and mine 3 separate times. The kicker is they couldn't get me into another appointment (after they canceled my appointment, not me mind you) for almost 4 months! What!?! And not once but 3 times! Then I had issues with a sore inside my mouth from my previous braces and was told that after I get my braces off I could get it attended to. So I schedule an appointment after the removal of my braces and I'm told I need to make a separate appointment for this issue; so I schedule another appointment and Dr. Brooke says: "oh we don't do that here." She then tells me I need to go to this other place in town that does not take my insurance. So after waiting a year I get the runaround again. Then today I was so excited to take my daughter in because two of the previous staff members were working; temporarily, unfortunately because they're the best 2 there and Dr. Brooke couldn't even give my daughter a disposable flosser! The hygienist that was a former employee and filling in temporarily offered to go check on them in their supply closet and Dr. Brooke said: "we don't have any more." The hygienist found my daughter one. But customer service has seized to exist there with the exception of Chris the receptionist and the temporary hygienist. Sadly, I will be switching dentists, funny part is 2 employees there both said to me: "I don't blame you!"
